Admin Support

To provide professional, efficient and effective administrative support to PS2Go ensuring efficient and effective running of the organisation

Duties will include:

  • General Office Admin
  • Registration of parents and carers for sessions
  • Maintain and update the company database
  • Input of data and evaluation information
  • Organise the filing system
  • Distribute and store company correspondance
  • Overseeing online attendance for all activities

The best person for this position will be a strong communicator and will enjoy collaborating with others, while also being comfortable working across a number of areas, where processes are continuously being developed.

Working Closely with the Directors Trustees and Senior Leadership Team

Salary: Volunteer expenses only

Contract Hours of work–  Flexible

Responsible for staff/equipment:  Volunteers /Phone/Laptop/Keys and Key Cupboard/Petty Cash

Reporting to: 

Margaret Taribo(Executive Director & strategic Lead and Kemi Kupoluyi (Director / safeguarding and LPW project lead)
